My opinion is that the reason many companies struggle to make high-performing and diversified teams is they underestimate the difficulties of DE&I. Highly diversified team building needs many management skills, which are leadership, strategy, strategic talent management, strategic marketing, branding, ethics, and organizational behavior—everything that people learn in an MBA program. In other words, making a high-performance, diversified team is one of the goals of the professional manager.
